The monthly fee
What “a change” means, before you ask.
Every plan carries a number of change requests, and one category that never counts against them. Hours, a phone number, a new address, a holiday closure, a broken link, a mistake of ours: free, always, on all three plans. Those are the ones you need today, they take us minutes, and charging for them would be absurd.
A change request is one batch of edits to content that already exists (text, prices, photos you send us, adding or dropping a dish or a service, swapping a link), up to about half an hour of work. However long the email, it counts as one. It comes back checked, with a before and after.
What is not a change request, and gets quoted before anyone starts: a new page or section, a redesign, new functionality, a new integration, writing copy or shooting photos from scratch, a new language, a migration.
Requests you don't use bank inside the quarter and expire when it closes. If January and February are quiet, March can take six at once. We commit to the deadline rather than to paperwork, and there is no “unlimited” anywhere on this page because nobody in this industry means it.
