Terms & privacy
The short version,
in plain English.
This page says who we are, what a plan includes, when you pay, how you leave, and what happens to anything you send us. If something here contradicts what a salesperson told you, this page wins, because there is only one of us and he wrote it.

The preview
Before any agreement exists, we may build a preview of a website for a business using information that is publicly visible on its listing, and host it on a subdomain of ours. That preview is unofficial, is marked as such, is kept out of search engines, and implies no relationship between us and that business. If an owner asks us to take it down, we take it down. Nothing is published under a business's name without its owner's written go-ahead, and every image is replaced with material the owner holds the rights to before that happens.
What you pay and when
Plans are Storefront ($1,495 setup + $99/month), Bookings ($1,950 + $179/month) and Flagship ($3,900 + $299/month). The setup can be paid in one go or in three monthly instalments at 0% interest, which add up to exactly the same amount. There is also a $0-down route at $229, $349 or $645 a month.
Nothing is invoiced until the site is live on your own domain. On the day it goes live we send the invoice, payable on receipt or within seven days. Monthly fees are billed monthly in advance from that date, or yearly if you take the annual option, in which case you pay for ten months and receive twelve.
Before publication we correct the site as many times as you need through the first two weeks; after that we agree a publication date together, so that the free stage has an end.
Taxes
All prices are in US dollars and exclude tax. We invoice from Andorra. If your purchase is subject to Washington state or local sales or use tax, accounting for it is the buyer's responsibility. We are not tax advisors and this is not tax advice.
Changes included
Storefront includes four change requests a year, back inside five business days. Bookings includes two a month, banked by quarter, back inside 48 hours. Flagship includes four a month, banked by quarter, answered the next business day and always inside 24 hours. Unused requests bank within the quarter and expire when it closes; they do not roll into another year and are not exchangeable for money.
A change request is one batch of edits to content that already exists — text, prices, photos you supply, adding or dropping a service or a dish, swapping a link — up to about thirty minutes of work. However long the email, it counts as one.
Free and unlimited on every plan: opening hours, holidays and temporary closures, phone number, address, holiday notices, broken links, and anything we got wrong. These never count against your allowance.
Not a change request, and quoted before we start: a new page or section, a redesign, new functionality, a new integration, writing copy or producing photographs from scratch, photo retouching, an additional language, or a migration. Extras are $95 for one request, $375 for a pack of five, from $295 for a new page or section, from $450 for an additional language, and from $350 for a photo or video session on site.
Booking, ordering and messages to your customers
We do not operate a booking engine and we do not send SMS or email to your customers. Where your site takes bookings or orders, it does so through a platform you contract in your own name (Booksy, Vagaro, GlossGenius, Boulevard, Square, Toast and similar). We integrate it, configure it and test it; its subscription, its fees and its messages are yours. We charge no commission on any booking or order.
Cancelling
On the setup routes there is no minimum term: cancel any month with 30 days' notice, with no cancellation fee. The $0-down route runs on a twelve-month minimum term, because we finance the build; if you cancel before month twelve, the part of the setup still outstanding is invoiced. From month thirteen the price drops to the plan's normal monthly fee ($99, $179 or $299).
What is yours
The domain is registered in your business's name, with you as the owner. The site's files are yours and we hand them over on request. Hosting, care and the change allowance end when the plan ends. Third-party fonts or stock images licensed for your site may not be transferable to another provider; we tell you which ones, in writing, when you leave.
Privacy: the contact form
The form on this site collects your name, your business, your email address, an optional phone number, and your message. It is delivered by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a form-delivery service based in the United States, which acts purely as transport: it passes the message to the studio's mailbox. From there it lives in that mailbox and nowhere else.
We use it to answer you and to keep track of the conversation if it turns into a project. We do not sell it, do not add you to a newsletter or a marketing list, and do not pass it to anyone else. Write to uriel@nfc-studio.com and we will delete everything we hold about you.
This page and the main page set no cookies, run no third-party scripts, and have no analytics or tracking pixels of any kind. Fonts and images are served from our own domain.
The numbers quoted on the main page
Every figure on the main page comes from a published source, named beside it: BrightLocal's Local Consumer Review Survey 2026, Think with Google, Michael Luca's Harvard Business School working paper 12-016 (Yelp data 2003–2009), Clutch, and the published list prices of the vendors named, as of August 2026. Sector figures — such as the effect of reminder sequences on no-shows — are industry data, not measurements of our own work, and are labelled as such. We do not promise rankings, positions in AI assistants, or a specific increase in revenue, because nobody controls those.
